Film : "Where God left his shoes"

How r you guys? i hope great.

Langsung saja ya, aku ingin membahas sedikit tentang film Where God Left His Shoes. and hope it will useful, paling tidak mengisi waktu luanglah. -_-"

When the first time i saw this movie, it really works made me crying like a river. And it still does when I see it at PA (youth devotional) on Oktober, 14. Sama sekali nggak bisa membayangkan, :'( how hard the situation was Frank faced up with his Family. When, Frank and his family survive their life with homeless and jobless.

ABOUT THE FILM

When Frank, Angela, and their two children are evicted from their New York City apartment, they have no choice but to move into a homeless shelter. After a few difficult months, good news comes their way on Christmas Eve: a nearby housing project has an apartment available immediately-however, Frank needs a job on the books in order to qualify. While the rest of the city prepares for Christmas, Frank and his ten-year-old stepson, Justin, roam the cold streets of New York trying to find a job by day's end. Where God Left His Shoes is the story of a family that refuses to break apart during the darkest time of their lives and discovers that they will survive as long as they have each other. Hanya saja dibagian ending film ini, agak sedikit gantung. Karena tidak dijelaskan bagaimana kelanjutan hidup dari Keluarga Frank. Hanya di jelaskan bagaimana perjuangannya untuk bertahan hidup dan mencari tempat tinggal dan bagaimana keluarga mereka tetap saling mengasihi dan mendukung satu sama lain didalam masalah yang sedang mereka hadapi. so touching. nonton aja dehh filmnya.. hihih. ;p

Banyak sekali makna yang dapat saya ambil dari film ini diantaranya be grateful of what we have! baik itu pekerjaan, kuliah, sekolah, tempat tinggal, dan sebagainya, keep support each other (our family, our couple) even in difficult circumstances, terutama disaat sudah berumah tangga nanti, money is not everything, but love is the most important. Apalagi di jaman sekarang ini, perceraian sangat marak terjadi hanya karena persoalan ekonomi semata. Kalau menurut gue, ya, memang itu hal yang sangat sensitif, tapi uang kan bisa dicari asal mau berusaha, ya intinya ya begitulah KASIH adalah yang terpenting. *hahaha, soookkkk dehh!*

So guys, i highly recommend this movie. very useful especially, when sometimes our lack of gratitude. Seringkali disaat banyak orang yang tidak punya tempat tinggal dan pekerjaan, kita masih mengeluh hanya karena hal-hal "sepele". Nggak banget yaa.. so, mari belajar bersyukur atas apa yang sudah Tuhan berikan untuk hidup kita.
